The Details
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. We aim to dispatch orders sooner wherever possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking Your Parcel
Tracking information is emailed once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post. A newly created tracking number can occasionally take several hours to display its first scan.
Packaging
Orders are packed discreetly with no external description of the parcel contents. Products are securely protected during transit.
Delivery Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, we may be unable to redirect it. Re-delivery charges may apply if a parcel is returned because an incorrect address was supplied.
Delivery Delays
Weather, public holidays, peak periods and Australia Post network disruptions can occasionally cause delays. If your tracking has not moved for several business days, contact us and we can investigate the shipment.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or tracking stops updating for an extended period, contact us with your order number and our team will investigate the shipment with Australia Post and work with you to resolve it.
